Overview
Europa Labs builds infrastructure for Web3-native loyalty and membership. Their engine powers branded token flows, digital-physical redemption, NFT-based access, and seamless social integrations.
When I joined, Europa was transitioning from a proof-of-concept to a production-ready product. My role was to stabilize and modernize the codebase, build out missing features, and define a scalable frontend and infra setup.
I replaced boilerplate-heavy Redux logic with Zustand and TanStack Query for cleaner state and better async control. I also reworked their component system with MUI, layering in accessibility and brand flexibility from day one.
By the time I left the project, it was in a much better state than when I started, onboarding clients was fast and easy, and many new features where added in, such as Token Gated IRL Access, , Asset-backed token and Digital-only token worflow, and the whole redemption flow for physical items.

Impact
By the time I left, client onboarding was fast and self-serve, the platform was stable under real-world usage, and new monetization features (like trading funnels and token-gated IRL access) were live in production for clients such as E11EVEN Miami club. The system was built to scale with Europa’s growing client base.
